WHERE THE STREETS HAVE NO NAME

TREKKING TO SANDAKPHU

A brief map of our trek route

Approx 61 kms in 5days. Seemed to be a tough job when we planned the trip, but was confident enough to jump ahead. The highest point of West Bengal, 'Sandakphu' at 3636 m altitude was calling.

I wanna run
I want to hide
I wanna tear down the walls
That hold me inside
I wanna reach out
And touch the flame
Where the streets have no name

I want to feel
Sunlight on my face
I see the dust cloud disappear
Without a trace
I want to take shelter from the poison rain
Where the streets have no name

'The Kingdom of Far Far Away '

'You ask what makes me sigh, old friend,
What makes me shudder so?
I shudder and I sigh to think
That even Cicero
And many-minded Homer were
Mad as the mist and snow.
